FlexaLAB a contenimento è una evoluzione del noto modello di opercolatrice da laboratorio FlexaLAB di MG2. Il sistema di contenimento adottato si caratterizza per il particolare concetto di isolatore sollevabile, grazie al quale la macchina mantiene la sua prerogativa di intercambiabilità di differenti gruppi di dosaggio. Questo risultato viene raggiunto nel rispetto di tutta la sicurezza necessaria durante la produzione, sia per l’operatore che per l’ambiente; infatti il sistema permette alla macchina di soddisfare la classe di contenimento di più alto livello (OEL5). FlexaLAB a contenimento può essere equipaggiata con l’opzione per il Wet-in-Place, grazie alla quale è possibile abbattere e fissare le polveri rimaste in sospensione al termine della produzione, prima di procedere all’apertura dell’isolatore. Aggiungendo delle spray balls e ulteriori caratteristiche, FlexaLAB viene configurata per effettuare un completo Wash-In-Place, automatizzando ulteriormente il processo di pulizia.
